A. FTP has been disabled for security reasons. Please use secure copy (scp) instead.
Download WinSCP - it's a good (free) drag-and-drop secure file transfer program for windows.
For the Mac, look for a free program called "fugu."
Hint: Try the alternate interface in WinSCP. Much more intuitive.
Tip: In WinSCP, you can only save your session settings before you connect.
